5 Lessons Learned from the Pandemic It’s been 1 month since we reopened for In-Person Yoga Classes since the COVID-19 shutdown. Being closed for nearly 6 months wasn’t easy, and we spent many a sleepless night, wondering if we’d be able to survive. But now that we’re back, we want to share what we’ve learned. 5 Lessons Learned from the Pandemic: 1) There’s nothing like in-person yoga classes. Maybe the thing we missed the most during the shutdown was our in-person yoga classes. The cameraderie and support that happens when we get together is something you can’t replicate on any online platform.
