Reiki Classes

Reiki is a Japanese system of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The system of Reiki can be learned by anyone, and is one of the only modalities that can used for self care as well as sharing with others.

We offer something for everyone, whether you desire to become a Reiki practitioner or simply want a deeper connection to spirit. Learn the skills you need to become a Reiki practitioner in our Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki, Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki, and ICRT Animal Reiki classes. All classes are taught by Mary Riposo, PhD, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher, Gendai Reiki Shihan, and ICRT Animal Reiki Master Teacher.

Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Classes

Usui Reiki (pronounced ray-key) Ryoho is a Japanese holistic healing technique that was discovered by Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s. It is the original system of Reiki, and is the healing modality that people refer to when they use the term “Reiki”. Reiki is defined as “spiritually guided life force energy”. Reiki sessions reduce stress, increase relaxation, and promote deep healing at all levels. The energy in all of our sessions and classes is based on Holy Fire®, which is a powerful and gentle energy that comes from a higher level of consciousness and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. NEW- all of my classes now include World Peace Reiki!!!

• Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Level I
  In this class, you’ll learn how to practice Reiki on yourself for healing and balancing. You will receive an initiation to Reiki Level I, learn and practice a self-Reiki sequence, and learn how to imbue both objects and spaces with Reiki. This class includes Holy Fire Reiki, which is a powerful and gentle energy which comes from a higher level of consciousness and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.

  Prerequisite: None.

• Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Level II
  In this class, you’ll learn how to practice Reiki on yourself and others for healing and balancing. You will receive an initiation to Reiki Level II, learn and practice a self-Reiki sequence and a sequence to share Reiki with others. You will also learn and practice the sacred Level II Reiki symbols, and how to use them for Distant Healing sessions. This class includes Holy Fire Reiki, which is a powerful and gentle energy which comes from a higher level of consciousness and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.

  Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level I Reiki, any style or lineage.

• Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki I & II
  In this class, you will learn to practice Reiki on yourself and others. You will be empowered to use the Level II Reiki symbols, which provide an increase in power for use in a more professional practice of the skills. You will also learn how to practice Reiki with others who are not physically present (Distant Reiki). This class includes Holy Fire Reiki, which is a powerful and gentle energy which comes from a higher level of consciousness and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.

  Prerequisite: None.

• Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master
  In the Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master training, the student is taught to successfully and competently practice and teach Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki classes. Upon successful completion of the class, you will be an Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher. Holy Fire® Reiki is a powerful and gentle energy which comes from a higher level of consciousness and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. This 3-day class will qualify you to teach (in person and online) all levels of Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki.

  Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level II Reiki (any style or lineage) & 6 months of practice.

Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki Classes

Holy Fire Karuna® Reiki adds to the energy of Usui Reiki, providing the practitioner with more vibrational frequencies for more specific healing applications. Holy Fire Karuna® Reiki is a manifestation of the evolving nature of Reiki, and was developed, over time, into a complete energy healing system, by the International Center for Reiki Training. Holy Fire Karuna® Reiki is a very loving, but powerful vibrational frequency that is the expression of Universal Compassion in action. It harmoniously adds to and blends with the loving vibration of Usui Reiki to bring about deep, transformative healing. It goes very deep, allowing major healing issues to be acknowledged, processed and healed very quickly, because the issues are acted upon in their basic energetic form. Includes Holy Fire, which is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.

• Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki Master
  There are 8 practitioner symbols and mantras that are taught in this 3-day class, each with a unique vibration that activates certain frequencies for healing, in addition to the Master symbols and their mantras. You will also learn chanting and toning techniques. Instruction and practice will be provided in giving all Holy Fire Karuna® Holy Fire Reiki placements and ignitions. Upon completion of the class, you will be registered as Holy Fire Karuna® Reiki Master with the International Center for Reiki Training, which will allow you to teach according to the center’s standards, and your students will receive their certificates and registration through the center as well. This class qualifies you to teach both Usui Holy Fire® Reiki and Holy Fire Karuna® Reiki. NEW- Includes World Peace Reiki Upgrade!!!

  Prerequisite: 6 months since completion of Usui Reiki Master Teacher Class or permission of the instructor.

ICRT Animal Reiki Classes

Animal Reiki classes are designed to restore the blessings between animals and humans. Animal Reiki unifies the human and animal consciousness in the Reiki practitioner and heals people as much as it heals animals. This class works with the Divine Animal Kingdom, and helps us learn to communicate and live in harmony with the animals on our planet. This class was developed with and by Holy Fire Reiki, and is compatible with all Reiki lineages, making it possible for more animals and people to be reached, healed and empowered. Taught in accordance with the International Center for Reiki Training guidelines.

• Animal Reiki I & II
  This course is for those who have completed Reiki Level II (any style or lineage). On completion of this class, you will be able to offer Animal Reiki sessions to all species of animals. Animal Reiki energy is a different energy source than human reiki. The empowerment (placement) given in the class will attune and unify the Animal Reiki energy with your existing Reiki energy and symbols. This course also includes practitioner skills, tools, and techniques.

  During the Animal Reiki I & II class, you will- Receive 2 Animal Reiki empowerments (placements). Become a qualified Animal Reiki practitioner. Receive a comprehensive ICRT Animal Reiki 1 & 2 Manual. Receive the Animal Reiki symbol. Learn the 3 priorities of ICRT Animal Reiki. Be qualified to give “in-person” and distant Animal Reiki sessions. Learn how to give Reiki to many different species of animals. Learn both in-person and distant Animal Reiki session techniques. Get experience working with animals in real-time online. Learn basics on shelter and volunteer work, and creating your own Animal Reiki business.
