and my clients have found them to be as effective as in person sessions. 

Reiki Sessions

Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a Japanese system of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on all levels. The original system of Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk, in the early 1900’s. Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki represents the evolution of Reiki. It is both powerful & gentle, is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki sessions help you come back into balance, resulting in an overall sense of well-being. All of my sessions are conducted live on Zoom, FaceTime or on the phone. Because Reiki sessions do not require physical touch, remote sessions have been found to be at least as effective as sessions using physical touch. Read on to learn more about the sessions I offer.

Reiki Sessions~

My Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki sessions take place on Zoom, FaceTime or by phone. We’ll talk for a few minutes before the session begins, and again at the end of the session. During the session, you can sit or lie down in a comfortable position while you are guided through your Reiki session. I will initially connect with you energetically, and will then guide your session by using my voice to let you know where I am focusing the energy throughout the session. Each session is completely tailored to the individual client. Because Reiki spans time and space, there is no need to be in the same room or provide physical touch in order for the session to be effective. Although sessions can be completed on any format, Zoom sessions allow for music to be fully integrated, which results in an even more relaxing and healing session.

Holy Fire Reiki Journeys and Experiences~

My Holy Fire® Reiki Journeys and Experiences are guided meditations which take place on Zoom, FaceTime or by phone. At the beginning of our session, we’ll discuss your intentions and decide which experience will work best for you. During the session, you can sit or lie down in a comfortable position while I guide you in a beautifully relaxing and inspiring experience. Because Reiki spans time and space, there is no need to be in the same room or provide physical touch in order for the session to be effective. Although sessions can be completed on any format, Zoom sessions allow for music to be fully integrated, which results in an even more relaxing and healing session.

Animal Reiki Sessions~

Animal Reiki sessions can help your pet reduce stress and anxiety, improve recovery from illness, injury & surgery, assist with behavioral problems, and support transitions such as moving, changing owners, or end of life. Online sessions allow the animal to remain in their own environment, for maximum comfort and safety. All species welcome.

30 minutes – $55     60 minutes- $77 

Reiki Sessions for People & their Pets~

Honoring the sacred bond between humans & animals, Reiki sessions for people and their pets can can support well-being for both. Sessions are completed live online, with the person and animal in the comfort & safety of their own space. These sessions can reduce stress and anxiety, improve recovery from illness, injury & surgery, support life transitions, and enhance the bond between humans & animals. All species welcome.

30 minutes – $55     60 minutes- $77 

Reiki Mentoring Sessions~

Reiki Mentoring Sessions, available to those trained in Reiki (any level or lineage), can help you improve your skills, clarify information, enhance your professional development, and help you set business goals! Sessions are tailored to you and your specific needs. Sessions are available on Zoom, FaceTime or phone.
