Tracey Fontanella, LMT

Welcome! My name is Tracey Fontanella, LMT and I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over 1000 hours of training at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse. I am an independent contractor happily practicing at Infinite Light Center for Yoga and Wellness.

I am an advocate of preventative health and feel strongly about the importance of taking time out for ourselves and feeding our spirit. I trust in the body’s capacity to heal itself, and that there is an energy within us that when free of obstructions keeps us healthy. Taking part in regularly scheduled self-care such as Massage can play a huge part in our overall health and how youthful we’ll remain with each passing year. Budgeting time and money for Massage Therapy is truly an investment in our well being.

My clients will find me friendly and approachable and my touch deliberate, intuitive and thorough. I love to blend massage styles and use my skills to better fit the needs of each individual client. From the therapeutic Swedish Massage to more treatment oriented bodywork such as Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), and Connective Tissue Therapy among others. Every individual is managed differently according to their body’s needs whether it is physical, mental, or both. Massage has always been an important part of my wellness routine and I love to encourage and educate my clients about the benefits of adding it to theirs.

I have taken much pride in creating a space that is calming, comfortable, environment for a relaxing Massage experience. Whether you’re coming in for a full body relaxation massage or just seeking relief from your achilles tendonitis, I believe feeling safe and relaxed is always the first step for the body’s healing process to begin. This takes place upon entering Infinite Light Center and continues into my treatment room. You will feel a comfortable, positive vibe in a spacious, clean, inspiring environment.

I am always striving to increase my knowledge within my field by attending continuing education courses, and skill seminars. I believe learning is a journey not a destination. It allows me the opportunity to remain open to different healing modalities for the benefit of my clients as well as  to evolve as a therapist. I believe that investing in massage is an investment in your health!
