5 Lessons Learned from the Pandemic It’s been 1 month since we reopened for In-Person Yoga Classes since the COVID-19 shutdown. Being closed for nearly 6 months wasn’t easy, and we spent many a sleepless night, wondering if we’d be able to survive. But now that we’re back, we want to share what we’ve learned. 5 Lessons Learned from the Pandemic: 1) There’s nothing like in-person yoga classes. Maybe the thing we missed the most during the shutdown was our in-person yoga classes. The cameraderie and support that happens when we get together is something you can’t replicate on any online platform. See Our New Yoga Class Schedule Here 2) On-demand classes are “almost as good as being there”..
Infinite Light Center has reopened with COVID-Safe Yoga classes! Masks are worn at all times and there are no shared items (blankets, pillows, blocks, etc). We’re operating at 33% capacity and students are spaced out at more than 6 feet apart for proper social distancing. Our complete safety plan is available at www.InfiniteLightCenter.com. We’d love to see you back in the studio. Please pre-register online or contact us and we’ll help.
Infinite Light Center has developed a COVID Safety Plan in order to comply with New York State Guidelines as we prepare to reopen our doors. We’ve created this plan with you in mind. We’re going above and beyond the state’s guidelines so that when you return, you’ll be walking into a space that’s clean and safe. You can find the plan here- https://secureservercdn.net/220.127.116.11/zne.3f0.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/reopening-plan-pdf.pdf We hope to see you soon. Look for an announcement soon about our reopening date! Namaste, Tony & Mary Riposo www.InfiniteLightCenter.com
We’ve been hard at work here at Infinite Light Center preparing for our reopening. When we open our doors, you can be sure you’ll be walking into the safest and cleanest environment possible. Stay tuned for an announcement on our reopening date! As we reopen, classes will be small (33% capacity as per NY State Guidelines), and we hope to increase the capacity as.

This month we shine a spotlight on Lovingkindness practice. You may have heard of Lovingkindness, or Metta, meditation. You may have even practiced it in Yoga class at some point. The goal of Lovingkindness practice is to cultivate feelings of goodwill toward all beings, including yourself. But do you know where the practice came from? They immediately ran from the forest and.
