YOGA CLASS POLICIES-
Please review the following before coming to our yoga classes.
Scheduling- Yoga classes are held in-person at May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society, 3800 E. Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13214. All students are required to book into each class they wish to take. You can do this by going to our Yoga Class Schedule.
Payment- Classes can be purchased as a single or multi-class pass. You must purchase a pass before you can register for classes. View our rates.
Preparation- Please arrive a few minutes early for class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. You may also wish to bring a pillow and blanket for your own comfort. Do not eat a large meal and make sure to use the bathroom prior to your session. Make sure to silence your phone or don't bring it into class with you.
No-shows, Cancellations and Late Arrivals- If you are late for class, please come in quietly and join in. If you need to cancel, log into your account and remove yourself from class. If you fail to show for class, and fail to remove yourself from the class roster, you will still be charged. If you need to cancel and you need help, please contact Tony at 315-480-1996.
REIKI SESSION POLICIES-
Please review the following before booking a Reiki session.
Scheduling- Reiki Sessions are by appointment only, and are conducted on Zoom or by phone. Please call or text 315-416-7270, email mriposo@infinitelightcenter.com or view the online schedule to request a session.
Payment- Payment is requested at the time of booking. A PayPal request will be sent and once you remit payment, your appointment will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Reminders are emailed 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Preparation- Please be ready at the scheduled time of your session on the platform originally agreed upon (phone or Zoom). Choose a quiet space with few interruptions for your session and wear comfortable clothing. Do not eat a large meal and make sure to use the bathroom prior to your session.
No-shows, Cancellations and Late Arrivals- If you are late for your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you late cancel (less than 24 hours notice) or fail to show for your appointment, the session will be conducted remotely and you will still be charged. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact Mary at 315-416-7270 (call or text). We ask that changes and cancellations be requested a minimum of 24 hours before your session in order to avoid being charged. Late cancels and no shows are charged the full price of the session, and may not be accepted for future sessions.
REIKI CLASS POLICIES-
Please review the following before booking a Reiki class.
Registration- Please register for our Reiki Classes as soon as possible in order to ensure a spot in the class. Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation with information on how to participate in the class.
Payment- Payment is required at the time of class registration. Each class page will come with a clickable link to a secure payment page. Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor.
Preparation- Please logon to the Zoom classroom a few minutes before class begins. Choose a quiet space with few interruptions and have your class materials ready. Make sure your device is plugged in or fully charged.
No-shows, Cancellations and Late Arrivals- If you are going to be late for class, please contact the instructor. If you have to cancel, please give us as much notice as you can. If you fail to show for class, you will still be charged and may not be able to make it up. Contact Mary at 315-416-7270 (call or text) with any questions. If you miss a significant amount of class, you may have to take the class over again at your own expense.
PRIVACY POLICY-
We value our relationship with you and we promise to never share your name or any of your identifying information with anyone, period.
Medical Waiver-
None of the classes or services we provide are considered to be medical treatment. If you have any health concerns (physical or mental health), please consult your physician before participating in our offerings.
Liability Waiver-
By engaging with our content and/or participating in our services, you agree to take full responsibility for your experience and hold Infinite Light Center harmless against any legal claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me.
