I know how hard it can be to navigate the path of Reiki. There’s so much information out there, which can leave you feeling confused and stuck. That’s because there are no standards for Reiki practice or Reiki education, leaving Reiki practitioners to figure out everything on their own. 

I was there once, and it wasn’t easy. I had to figure it all out myself, without anyone to guide me. That’s why my mission is to help you navigate the path of Reiki. I’ve made all the mistakes and figured out the solutions, so you don’t have to. You can rely on my experience and wisdom gained over the past two decades.

I’ll teach you how to practice the system of Reiki in an easy to learn, modern-day format, while also honoring its Japanese origins. You’ll receive the benefits of this simple but powerful practice in a way that’s safe, respectful, and trauma informed. With this approach, you’ll quickly notice a greater vitality, more resilience, and deeper compassion for yourself and the world around you.

When you work with me, you’ll learn to practice, cultivate and embody Reiki. You’ll learn it for yourself first. Then if you wish, you’ll learn how to share it with others and even teach the system of Reiki. I’ll guide you every step of the way, and give you everything I didn’t have when I was in your place.
