Learn Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese system of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing which was founded by Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk, in the early 1900’s. At Infinite Light Center, we practice Holy Fire® Reiki, a version of Usui Reiki developed by William Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training. The energy of Holy Fire® Reiki is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
All classes are taught by Mary Riposo, PhD, Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, who has been practicing and teaching Reiki for more than 20 years. Her teaching style ensures you will remains up to date with the most effective techniques, all the while staying true to the traditional Japanese teachings and indigenous roots of Usui Reiki.

Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Level I
Become a Reiki healer in this live online class. This training is for anyone who would like to learn to practice Reiki. No previous experience is necessary. This class integrates traditional Japanese and Western Usui Reiki healing methods, and focuses is on learning to practice the system of Reiki for self-care.

Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Level II
Advance your healing skills in this live online class. This training is for Reiki students who have successfully completed Level I Reiki (any style or lineage). This class integrates traditional Japanese and Western Usui Reiki
healing methods, and focuses on learning to share Reiki with others, in person and at a distance.

Become a Reiki Master in this live online class. This training is for those who have completed Level II Reiki (any style or lineage) at least 6 months ago. Mary Riposo
Mary is a Reiki Master practitioner, teacher, author, and coach who found Reiki after suffering from a number of mystery illnesses that didn’t respond to Western medicine. She had such a positive response that she decided to learn Reiki herself and share it with others. Mary opened Infinite Light Center with her husband, Tony, in 2013, where she directed the Reiki Program and founded the CNY Reiki Association. Mary currently practices online, offering sessions, coaching & classes in all levels of Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki and ICRT Animal Reiki.
