Level I is considered the first, or beginning, level in Reiki training. It is called Shoden in traditional Japanese Reiki, and the focus of the training is on practicing Reiki for self-care.

Meet Your Teacher
Mary is a Reiki Master practitioner, teacher, author, and
mentor who found Reiki after suffering from a number of mystery illnesses that didn’t respond to Western medicine. She had such a positive response that she decided to learn Reiki herself and share it with others. Mary opened Infinite Light Center with her husband, Tony, in 2013, where she directed the Reiki Program and founded the CNY Reiki Association. Mary currently practices online, offering sessions, workshops, mentoring & classes in all levels of Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki and ICRT Animal Reiki.
